Support Conditions:
* Each support call counts as a minimum of ½ hour of support.
* The Support number is only available to customers that have purchased a support contract.
* Additional support hours can also be purchased..
* Remote support is treated exactly the same as phone support.
* Callouts are charged from arrival time until departure time in hourly increments, rounded up to the nearest hour.
* Callouts can be arranged at any time of day and night, we try and arrange every callout whithin 24 hours.
