An individual had to, in the course of his work, print out the first page of lot of word documents.  Unfortunately however he only needed the first page of possibly 200+ page documents. (The first page contained the name / address details that were needed).

This task he had to do on a regular basis and was very time consuming.

In less than 30 minutes I created a word macro that you just pointed to the path where the documents were kept and clicked a single button, this printed the first page of every document in that folder, thus allowing him to never again have to do that mundane job.
