Proposals / Quotations:

After the initial investigation we will come up with a proposal and a quotation, this will give detail of exactly what we think your requirements are, if these are incorrect then we will need to discuss changes before the proposal is accepted.  Once a proposal is agreed and accepted then work will carry out as laid out in the proposal and will be charged and invoiced accordingly.

Guarantee:

Our work is guaranteed and if you are unhappy with any of it we will happily come out and do it again at no cost, however any work carried out must fall within the agreed proposal, if the proposal changes then extra work outside of the original proposal will be carried out and charged at the usual rate.

Charges and Payment:

Our time is estimated in hour slots per person, we usually charge an hourly rate for small jobs, if an assignment is to take more than 12 hours then we normally charge a special day rate (or half day rate). Times will be rounded up to the nearest hour.

Invoices will be sent on either completion of assignment or on a monthly basis for long term assignments.

Payment will be expected within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Quotes are meant for guidance only and will change as specifications change.  If the specifications do not change from the original agreed proposal then the cost will be up to the estimated price. 

Any proposal / quotation is only valid for one calendar month from issue to acceptance, if the proposal is to be accepted after this time then the costs will need to be recalculated and a new proposal issued.

Equipment required:

Small items of equipment will of course be added to the final invoice (Up to 10% of final invoice usually), however large purchases will need to be paid for up front prior to purchasing the equipment (Or on delivery of said equipment), this will be arranged at the time of the proposal and will be expected to be paid before work will commence.
